Why is USA excluded from the Free Shipping option?
We would like all tea connoisseurs to get an equal option to get their best teas at an affordable rate and that is why we have given the option of Free Shipping anywhere in the world, no matter what quantity or dollar value you buy. All Free Shipping is done by regular Airmail. USA is specifically excluded from the free shipping option, because the FDA is keeping a strict vigil on all food imports to USA. We tested our shipping to USA by sending some teas to our friends by Airmail - most of them were lost, some returned and some reached with just the outer cover. Tea connoisseurs pay for the teas and would not definitely want such inconveniences. We provide all the documentations while sending, but then also the inconvenience is there. There are no problems in sending teas by Airmail to other countries - It reaches intact and in the original shape.

Then why DHL?
DHL is private and a personal care is given so that the package reaches safe hands. With DHL we have had no problems, except a few in the past, in sending tea packages to USA. DHL gives 100% guarantee of delivery and yes, are delivered on time. It has got a good support system and we can easily track items on transit.

How to avail Free Shipping Option to USA?
Its easy - just make your total order of 900 grams or more (Any tea - from First Flush, Second Flush or Autumn Flush - can be a combination of all) and we will ship it free of cost. On checkout for payment, you will NOT get a Free shipping option, choose any of the two shipping options available, place an order by paying, we will check if you are eligible for free shipping (order of 900 grams or more is eligible) and if yes, we will return your shipping cost.
