Thunderbolt Tea is a Darjeeling based brand and tea company, comprising of the local and native, who have undoubtedly developed an unyielding strong emotional bond to the undulating tea gardens and hence the whole tea industry. Therefore, apart from being one of the best Darjeeling brand and tea company, run by Darjeeling locals, it comprises of people who has knowledge and experience of tea handed by the forefathers who spent their entire lives working in the tea gardens. In short, “Tea Brews” are our daily way of life. Founded in the year 1999, it first started trading locally only. It went online in 2004 and is the first Indian Company to launch a Darjeeling exclusive website with an aim to promote Darjeeling Tea beyond national borders and a concept of enabling direct shippings from the origin i.e. Darjeeling.
