We try our best to ship your Darjeeling Tea order on time, but specific country customs such as Russia, sometimes hold tea parcels for further inspection which can take sometime is getting cleared. Though this does not happen often, but may happen sometimes. If it does occur to your parcel, we request you to kindly be patient till the customs clears the parcel.

This is the sole responsibility of the recipient of the tea parcel which we send. Most of the countries don’t charge import tax/duty on retail purchases, but some do like Italy, Poland, Austria etc. especially when sent by courier services such as DHL/Fedex etc. Import duty/tax is not covered under our free and paid shipping option. Recipient has to pay the duty.
